8/15/2023 0 Comments Razor crest cockpitIts clear from this image that the cockpit is setup. This part is totally accurate also, designed from the CGI. Clocking in at a whopping 28 inches longand featuring 6,187 pieces(which is big enough to take the 3 spot of biggest Star Wars sets ever released), the ship also features a solid lineup of 4 minifigures including Mando, Grogu, the Mythrol, and Kuiil along with a buildable Bluurg (more on the minifigures later). Over the weekend, IGN posted a new image of the Mandalorian inside the cockpit of his ship, the Razor Crest. As a wish/proposal I uploaded the cockpit floor without the pegs for the seats, for people who want to rearrange the cockpit to their own needs or for Legions to do battles inside the cockpit. Genius! And there’s more, like a very special upgrade, the landing exhaust ports on the lower part of the engine nacelles. ![]() I’m not 100 sure on the accuracy of that image but it’s the best I’ve seen. To help on that matter 308 Bits has designed too a light diffuser part that goes on the back of his engine exhaust that works as a led support too. The Razor Crest has a pretty spacious cockpit too. In just over a day, it was fully backed into production. The engine exhausts are hollow and drilled, so you can put a led source on the back. Capture authentic features such as the cockpit, sleeping quarters, side hatches, cargo compartment and carbon-freezing chamber. The Vintage Collection Razor Crest, inspired by the title characters starship from the Disney+ series The Mandalorian, was introduced earlier this year as the next HasLab exclusive, a crowdfunding program that previously brought Jabba’s Sail Barge floating onto our toy shelves. You can purchase a new set of engine exhaust and nozzles, totally accurate and a lot better than the stock parts, ready to be lighted. The engines also have a very nice treatment. In this video, I teach you how I cleared out and built a better cockpit on the inside of the Lego Mandalorian Razor CrestFollow me on Instagram dallinwah. And the console comes with pre drilled holes for 0.25 mm fiber optics! Also you have a new Mando pilot, totally accurate and fare better than the stock pilot, and a tiny Grogu, really nice! Another part you can upgrade is the cargo bay, with some netting, crates and boxes, and also Carbonite blocks, very well designed and crafted. In this complete set of parts you can upgrade the cockpit with a new cabin console, totally screen accurate, designed directly from the movie set, and a new pilot seat. The vehicle is a relic of a bygone era, a modified Low Altitude Assault Transport troop carrier which once carried Clone Troopers across the galaxy during the days. Its clear from this image that the cockpit is setup for a single pilot as everything is within easy reach for the Mandalorian. ![]() ![]() If you have purchased the new Revell 1/72 Razor Crest kit you have the opportunity to upgrade it with the 3D printed parts from 308 Bits (from the artist Antonio Regidor). Case in point, over the weekend IGN unleashed a wonderful new image which features our first look inside The Mandalorian‘s repurposed Republic Gunship aptly named the Razor Crest. Set of 3D printed upgrades for the Revell 1/72 Razor Crest
